1. Для кого предназначено приложение
Qalqon AI предназначен исключительно для наблюдения родителя за
своим несовершеннолетним ребёнком. Любое иное использование
запрещено:
Слежка за супругом, родственником или другом
Наблюдение за сотрудником без его согласия
Установка на чужой телефон без ведома владельца
При выявлении такого использования аккаунт блокируется без
предупреждения. Во многих странах это также влечёт уголовную
ответственность.
2. С чем вы соглашаетесь
Что вы являетесь законным представителем ребёнка
Что вы рассказали ребёнку о приложении — с учётом его возраста
Что введённые вами данные достоверны
Что не передадите данные для входа посторонним
3. Что обязуемся делать мы
Не скрывать — на телефоне ребёнка постоянное уведомление, значок не прячется
Собирать только нужное — местоположение, экранное время и состояние устройства. Не переписку, не экран, не звук
Не продавать — данные не продаются и не используются для рекламы
Удалять сразу — по запросу аккаунт и все данные стираются
Говорить правду — если данные не поступают, панель об этом сообщает
Права ребёнка — он видит, что отправлено, и может отключиться сам
4. Права ребёнка
Перед подключением ребёнок видит, что именно будет собираться, и даёт
согласие. Он может отключиться в любой момент — родитель получит
уведомление, но отключение не блокируется.
5. Ограничения сервиса
Точность местоположения зависит от телефона и условий приёма GPS. В помещении погрешность может превышать 100 метров
Если телефон выключен, без интернета или в режиме энергосбережения, данные приходят с задержкой или не приходят
Экранное время берётся из системы Android; некоторые приложения отдают его не полностью
Ответы ИИ-репетитора могут содержать ошибки и не заменяют учителя
Qalqon AI — вспомогательный инструмент, он не заменяет внимание
родителя. Мы не несём ответственности за последствия перебоев в работе
сервиса или неточных данных.
6. Оплата
Основные возможности бесплатны. Тариф Pro добавляет дополнительные
функции. Условия оплаты показываются в приложении и не меняются без
предварительного уведомления.
7. Прекращение доступа
Вы можете удалить аккаунт в любой момент. Мы блокируем аккаунт только при
нарушении правил выше.
8. Изменения и связь
При изменении условий новая дата указывается на этой странице. Вопросы:

Qalqon AI is exclusively for a parent monitoring their own minor
child. Any other use is prohibited:
Tracking a spouse, relative or friend
Monitoring an employee without their consent
Installing it on someone else's phone without their knowledge
Accounts found to be used this way are closed without warning.
In many countries such use is also a criminal offence.
2. What you agree to
That you are the child's legal guardian
That you have told your child about the app, in terms suited to their age
That the information you enter is accurate
That you will not share your sign-in credentials
3. What we commit to
No hiding — a persistent notification stays on the child's phone and the icon is never concealed
Only what is needed — location, screen time and device health. Not messages, not the screen, not audio
Never sold — data is not sold and is not used for advertising
Deleted on request — the account and all its data are erased immediately
Honest reporting — when data is not arriving, the panel says so instead of showing something plausible
The child's rights — they can see what was sent and disconnect themselves
4. The child's rights
Before connecting, the child is shown what will be collected and gives
consent. They may disconnect at any time; the parent is notified, but the
disconnection is never blocked.
5. Limits of the service
Location accuracy depends on the phone and GPS conditions. Indoors the error can exceed 100 metres
If the phone is off, offline or in battery-saving mode, data is delayed or does not arrive
Screen time comes from Android itself; some apps do not report it fully
AI tutor answers can be wrong and are not a substitute for a teacher
Qalqon AI is an aid, not a replacement for a parent's attention. We
cannot accept liability for consequences arising from service interruptions
or inaccurate data.
6. Payment
Core features are free. The Pro plan adds further features. Pricing is
shown inside the app and is not changed without prior notice.
7. Ending access
You may delete your account at any time. We close an account only when the
rules above are broken.
