Two questions worry a parent: where the child is, and what they are doing on the phone. Most existing answers are either expensive, or unavailable in Uzbek, or built on the child not knowing — which damages trust inside the family.
An open agreement, not covert surveillance. The child knows the app is there, can see exactly what is sent, and can disconnect at any time. That is why the app also has to be useful to the child: an AI tutor, points and rewards, and a one-tap message to a parent.
